Born on Route 66, raised by the community
Flagstaff has always had a way of bringing people together — mountain air, creative spirits, and a slower pace that makes you actually taste your food. We opened Bun Huggers Lounge with that spirit in mind.
Our founder grew up in a kitchen where bread was never bought, always made. After years of traveling and training, they returned to the high desert with a dream: a place where the smell of baking bread greets you at the door and nobody eats alone.
Today, Bun Huggers is more than a bakery. It's where hikers refuel before the trek to San Francisco Peaks, where families celebrate birthdays, where Route 66 road-trippers discover their new favorite stop, and where the coffee is always fresh and the conversation is always warm.
